In 2009 and 2010 SHARED Futures has funding from Comic Relief to work with new project partners across the UK.

We want to build on the work by schools and other settings showcased in the SHARED Futures DVD. We are now assisting schools, community organisations and youth work settings to develop new creative and innovative projects in Bristol, Kent, Newport and Belfast.

SHARED Futures is helping these projects to support the integration and well-being of refugees and other new arrivals and promote community cohesion in England, Northern Ireland and Wales.

SHARED Futures is:

• supporting the planning and develop of the projects
• assisting with costs
• supporting the participation of children and young people
• working to document and disseminate the outcomes and learning of the projects on this website.
